The ORCA Modtreme 4 M4 4.5T Sensored Brushless Motor is a next-generation competition motor engineered for the extreme power, precision and efficiency required in modified-class RC racing.

Developed for high-performance 1/10 scale touring cars and off-road racing vehicles, the Modtreme 4 combines a hand-wound stator with an optimised 12.1mm rotor and sensored operation. This provides powerful acceleration, smooth throttle response and accurate control throughout the RPM range.

The redesigned motor housing improves cooling while reducing weight by approximately 3% compared with the previous generation. Moving the solder terminals inward shifts the motor’s mass closer to the vehicle’s centreline, improving chassis balance and allowing faster left-to-right transitions through technical sections of the track.

Factory-installed titanium motor screws further reduce weight at the highest point of the motor while delivering excellent strength and durability. The Modtreme 4’s standard 540-size dimensions make it suitable for a wide range of competition 1/10 scale chassis.

With its aggressive 4.5-turn winding, this motor is intended for experienced racers running modified classes. It should be matched with a suitable high-current sensored ESC, quality competition battery and carefully selected gearing.
