Muchmore Racing MM-TW4 Type-L Large Can Tyre Warmer Set for MM-CTXW

The Muchmore Racing MM-TW4 Type-L Tyre Warmer Set is a replacement set of large-diameter aluminium warming cups designed for Muchmore's MM-CTXW IC Controlled Tyre Warmer system. The larger Type-L design is particularly suited to Sorex, Sweep and similar 1/10 touring car rubber tyres.

The aluminium can-style construction surrounds the tyre to provide even heat distribution across the tyre surface. Bringing tyres up to operating temperature before heading onto the track can provide more predictable initial grip and handling, making tyre warmers an important part of race preparation for competition touring cars.

Type-L Large Diameter Cups

The MM-TW4 uses Muchmore's larger Type-L cup size, specifically intended for larger-diameter touring car tyres such as Sorex. This differentiates it from Muchmore's smaller warming cups intended for smaller-diameter tyres.

The cups feature a black anodised aluminium construction and are designed to distribute heat evenly to all four tyres when connected to a compatible warmer controller. The specified operating input is 7.2–13.8V.
