The HUDY 104400 Star-Box is a professional-quality starter box designed for 1/10 and 1/8 scale nitro on-road RC cars.

Powerful 775 Motor

The HUDY Star-Box uses a powerful 775-type motor with integrated cooling fan.

A premium long-life drive belt transfers power to the starter wheel, providing plenty of torque for starting high-performance nitro racing engines.

Adjustable for 1/10 & 1/8

The Star-Box features adjustable backstops that allow it to be configured for both:

• 1/10 Nitro On-Road Cars
• 1/8 Nitro On-Road Cars

The support bracket recesses into the starter box, allowing the car to sit low so the starter wheel can fully engage with the engine flywheel.

CNC-Machined Aluminium Construction

The housing is precision CNC-machined from aluminium and finished with a durable black coating.

Countersunk screws sit flush with the housing, while the integrated ergonomic handle makes the starter box easy to carry around the pits.

Quick-Change Starter Wheel

The starter wheel can be quickly replaced by removing just three screws, making maintenance fast and simple.
